CAPISOL’ sunflower oil is an oil refined in our facilities following the most modern techniques and specifically designed for the behaviour of the oil in frying.
It is packaged in an inert atmosphere (nitrogen packaging) which means that the level of peroxides is totally controlled until the opening of the packaging for the use of the product.
Due to its high content in Linoleic (Omega 6), it is a very balanced oil, which makes it the most consumed seed oil in Spanish homes.
